From what I can tell, nothing in the underlying storage format has changed and the only reason Lucene95HnswVectorsReader is cast is for Lucene95HnswVectorsReader#getGraph, which already existed. @benwtrent You're right, I had an impression of this work was based on the newly created codec but yeah we don't need a new codec for it.
