This change is ready for review.
- `TermQuery` and `FeatureQuery` implement the new API.
- To keep the PR small, `PhraseQuery`, `ConstantScoreQuery` and
`SynonymQuery` do not implement this new API even though they could, I left
TODOs.
- `BooleanQuery` and `DisjunctionMaxQuery` take advantage of the new API to
only wrap iterators of inner clauses with an `ImpactsDISI` when appropriate and
get a speedup.
