I think this makes sense to me to also flush deletes if necessary. I think this is as simple as calling `applyAllDeletes()` in `flushOneDWPT()` but we need to process events in IW as well so I think it's necessary to call `processEvents(boolean)` in IW if we applied deletes selectively.... pretty straight forward IMO. +1 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
