FWIW I suspect that the speedup to tasks such as `FilteredAndStopWords` is not an actual speedup, but a side-effect of the fact that we only every wrap `RandomQuery` within a `ConstantScoreQuery`. So specializing `ConstantScoreQuery#applyAsRequiredClause` makes some calls monomorphic, while they map be polymorphic in production systems where `ConstantScoreQuery` is used to wrap `TermQuery` and many other queries. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
