Added test case to compare the scores before and after dropping
full-precision vectors.
Error without fix:
```
TestLucene104ScalarQuantizedVectorsFormat >
testScoresUnchangedWithEmptyRawVectors FAILED
java.lang.AssertionError: score changed for doc 0 after dropping raw
vectors expected:<1.0> but was:<2.2135081>
```
