For some reason the refresh source context menu option has vanished. I suspect
a conflict with another plugin, but am unable to find it at this time.
I've attached my plugin bookmarks in case one of them is the cause of the
problem... I'd willingly get rid of *any* of them if I can get the M2 plugin
working properly again.
