Implement support for HTTP-based wagon providers to utilize HTTP compression
(gzip?). For downloads, this would entail sending Accept-Encoding headers to
indicate that a server can compress the response. For uploads, as with WebDAV,
this would entail compressing the content and setting the appropriate
Content-Type values.
