Lukas Theussl closed MAVEN-1754.
--------------------------------
Assignee: Lukas Theussl (was: Arnaud Heritier)
Resolution: Fixed
Maven 1.0.2 did not show the default goal either with 'maven -u'. I've added
the info, but only when it's specified in the pom (if it's in maven.xml, a
deprecation warning is given anyway).
> Default goal defined in the POM not used with maven -u

> Maven is a project management and project comprehension tool. Maven is
> based on
> the concept of a project object model: builds, documentation creation, site
> publication, and distribution publication are all controlled from the project
> object model. Maven also provides tools to create source metrics, change logs
> based directly on source repository, and source cross-references. You can
> build
> a Maven installation from this source tree by running ant -f
> build-bootstrap.xml
