I didn't notice an e-mail there. Be aware that you must subscribe before 
sending a message. Also, please use the users mailinglist, since the dev-list 
is intended for communication between Maven developers and those who are 
interested.
Also I would like to advice to rephrase your question. To me it is not very 
clear what you are looking for. Maven just does its job as instructed. Are you 
looking for a strategy for reducing the buildtime either by building in 
parallel or skipping some parts of the build process?
