I really would like to see this patch go into the official repos.
This patch enables to repackage JAR files from the maven dependencies as OSGI
bundles using the biz.aQute.bnd:bnd-maven-plugin. The plugin creates an OSGi
compatible manifest file, but in the current version of the
maven-assembly-plugin there is no way of using this created manifest file, as
it's always overwritten by the plexus archiver default manifest file.
would do I need to do to get this merged upstream?
