The maven-metadata.xml file for springframework.spring @ ibiblio
<http://www.ibiblio.org/maven2/org/springframework/spring/maven-metadata.xml>
is missing recent version information - 1.2.7, 1.2.8 and all the 2.0RC releases.
The main consequence of this (for me) is that the version range [1.2,1.3)
resolves to 1.2.6 instead of 1.2.8.
