Description:
When adding a schedule with an empty name, there's an exception in jetty that
says "Job name cannot be empty".
Also, adding a schedule with a name that already exist would redirect to a
blank page and an error is logged in jetty that says "Can't create schedule. A
schedule with the same name already exists.".
