Description:
Remove deprecated parameters or those which are not used anymore after making
it a fully Maven3 plugin
* proxyHost
* proxyPort
* remoteRepositories
* aggregate. There are separate goals for it which force Maven to run the root
project as final reactor project.
Verify which parameters should be exposed as property and valide its key (e.g.
should it start with {{maven.javadoc.}} )
