I think {{java.sql}} was {{for removal}} that time we investigated previous
issue for {{2.20.1}}.
I checked JDK internals, it is no more marked for removal in {{module-info}}.
So I think it was a bug in Java 9 and should not be tested with
{{--add-modules=java.sql}} now. At least this how far my understanding goes.
