I committed a new artifact in maven-shared, maven-release-manager.
Attached patch is for maven-release-plugin. Someone else can commit the patch
when maven-release-manager is satisfactory.
If after some time no violent reaction is received after the creation of the
artifact in maven-shared, I'll commit the attached patch in case it hasn't been
committed yet.
