Meghan Claire Pike reopened MDEP-45: ------------------------------------ http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/ doesn't have any maven-dependency-plugin which is why I assumed the documentation was wrong. ie: Maven breaks when I try and use the apache example, I have to use the codehaus plugin because it's actually there... Is this an incorrect repository to use? Or am I looking in the wrong place? Sorry I didn't explain better. I don't suppose you could poke apache / somebody into fixing their repository? > Documentation is wrong on maven.apache.org > ------------------------------------------ > > Key: MDEP-45 > URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MDEP-45 > Project: Maven 2.x Dependency Plugin > Issue Type: Bug > Affects Versions: 2.0 > Reporter: Meghan Claire Pike > Priority: Minor > > http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-dependency-plugin/howto.html > is wrong, it still points to the maven-dependency-plugin from apache... > whereas it should be the dependency-maven-plugin from codehaus instead... > right? -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
