It should be possible to specify file encoding when generating project files
for Eclipse. When I set it manually within eclipse the file
.settings/org.eclipse.core.resources.prefs is created with content:
#Mon Oct 30 12:06:08 CET 2006
eclipse.preferences.version=1
encoding/<project>=UTF-8
Perhaps file encoding should be a global setting as well?
(Lots of reporting-plugins also use file encoding porperties)
