Central contains the dependency-maven-plugin under groupId org.codehaus.mojo
Trying to check out the svn repository instructs the user that the source code
is no longer at codehaus, but rather at apache.org
Going to the site at apache.org, there is no "Project Info".

In addition, the org.apache.maven.plugins version is not available at central
at all.
Please fully deprecate codehaus' site to point to apache.org, and deploy the
current stable release to central under the right group and artifact.
