Archiva trunk does not build

Since the Archiva website "Getting Started" page tells people to build from
trunk, it is bad for trunk to not build. Trunk is currently broken because the
MRM-231 changes have already been committed, but they are dependent on very
recent changes to plexus-security-rbac-profile which have not yet been deployed
to the codehaus snapshot repository.
