Resolution: Won't Fix
this happens automatically on a formal release. I don't think pushing them out
for each snapshot is a good idea. Running them in each build can cause
interdependency issues when running the maven-plugins reactor. It's the same
reason that other reporting plugins have to be activated using the -Preporting
flag.
