`org.apache.maven.plugin.PluginResolutionException: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:3.2.0 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:jar:3.2.0 in central (file:target/null)` core-it-suite tries to run with an isolated repository, tests should use dependencies defined in bootstrap, otherwise you'll get this failure.
