Changelog hangs when asked about new certificate

The certificate for the apache subversion repository changed a week ago - the
changelog plugin just hangs. Once I ran svn on the command line and accepted
the certificate it started working fine again. Presumably the command needs to
recognise when it gets this kind of response.
