Mail configuration is inconsistent:
* Mail sent for build results uses the application.xml configuration
(MailNotifier)
* Mail sent to validate a new user registration seems to use roughly the JNDI
Mail session. It does not set the fromName and fromAddress parameter specified
in application.xml
