Yes, the std/out and std/err as well as the logger must be synchronized with Mutex. Additionally, I have to add a mechanism to drain the cache of events. The job of the surefire forker should be finished after the cache becomes empty. But these are two issues, means Jira issues which should appear in separate commits.
