Of course I would like to not have to do it; however, I have no power to change
it by myself: it is simply above me.
About what you would do or not to you employer, honestly I don't care. However,
I would like to solve the demands *my client* imposes to me.
I am simply providing a reasonable use case: I must use, or rather access,
files that would take *so long* to get access to unless I upload the files by
myself and let, in that case, _maven_ use it. It is also specially useful to
prevent failing build due to broken links.
