Written pom doesn't conserve element attributes

lucene-core-2.0.0.jar
maven-embedder-2.1.0.v20070302-2248-dep.jar

MavenEmbedder writeModel method rewrite pom without element attributes.
It appears that the error is due to MavenJDOMWriter.
The case happen when I use maven-antrun-plugin because ant tasks required often
attributes, and when I add a dependency, Maven 2 Eclipse plugin rewrite pom
file using this annoying writeModel method...
