not sure I respect the procedure, but I hope.
I've understood that you're goal is to gather as much as possible open source
project on ibiblio as possible.
I propose to add the improved jdbcappender

of danko mannhaupt on ibiblio
according to the author,
the improved jdbcappender is under apache licence
the pachage is org.apache.log4j.jdbcplus,
but I know you need the group id DNS name to be owned by the author, so I set
the group id to
de.dankomannhaupt.log4j.jdbcplus
there are many other release before 2.1.1, but they are sorted by date.
I don't depend on that (enterprise repository), and with another version (that
I called 2.1.1-pre20040822)
