Required fields display validation repeatedly for each "enter"

In both IE6 and FF1.5, when you forget a required field and hit enter to submit
the form, it displays a message about the field being required. If you hit
return a few times in a row, the message will repeat itself for each time you
hit enter.

Add Sheel Project
Put your cursor in a required field
Hit enter a few times.
