It would be nice to configure an excludes for the list of projects heading into
Velocity (and can do wildcards like the latest assembly).
For example, the CXF distribution ends up with a lot of "Uses Apache CXF
Common", "Uses Apache CXF HTTP", etc... It would be nice to be able to do
<exclude>org.apache.cxf:*</exclude> to exclude those since they are built as
part of the project.
