Some resources can be found if they are not located in
${project.build.outputDirectory}.
To test this.
svn co http://jmesa.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/jmesa && cd jmesa && mvn clean
test.
It works.
But look at the pom and comment the maven-antrun-plugin execution which copy
some files.
And try mvn clean test -Dtest=MessagesTest.
