Tasks to do about "Index Repository" link on repositories page.
* Move Link to left hand side. - done
* Make into button. - done
* Rename to "Scan Repository Now" - done
Remaining is new functionality, perhaps add status field to repositories to
allow different actions to set statuses on a particular repository for
conditionally wrapping the Scan Repository Now button.
* Add verbiage to repository screen to show if a scan is in progress.
