Of course, the 3.x ones do not contain jars. Gah.
Looking at the two downloads, xmlrpc-2.0.jar and xmlrpc-2.0-applet.jar are
replaced by xmlrpc-client-3.0.jar , xmlrpc-common-3.0.jar and
xmlrpc-server-3.0.jar.
