What do you mean you don't know? A version of an artifact should only be
available in one production repository.
So what if you have it installed locally? What valid use case do you have for
pulling in SNAPSHOTs or artifacts that have not been deployed? So give me the
concrete use case because I can't see either of our cases being useful or
necessary. Is this for some sort of development process. The APIs being exposed
in the wild I want to be extremely careful about.
