Description:
With MSHARED-966 the behavior for the maven-resources-plugin changed
dramatically.
Now an exception is thown if a file already exists.
Before it was only overwritten if newer and no exception was thrown.
The new behavior breaks many builds. If this new behavior is a feature the
plugin site should be updated with a big (!) warning to everyone.
