Attached is a stripped down version of buildinfo.
Install the settings.xml attached to this jira into LOCAL_HOME/.m2/
Unzip buildinfo, from the maven-buildinfo-plugin directory execute a: mvn
install
to run the mojo execute a: mvn buildinfo:listActiveProfiles
Look for the error log messages, you will see the duplicate active profiles.
Active Profiles defined in LOCAL_HOME/.m2/settings.xml are showing up more than
once in MavenProject#getActiveProfiles inside an executing plugin.
