I tried doxia with the configuration set appropriately in the components.xml
that is in doxia. That didn't work. So I added the configuration to
plexus-velocity and made doxia use plexus-velocity-1.1.7-SNAPSHOT and that
worked. So I guess, at least for this property, configuration outside of
plexus-velocity doesn't work. That could be because the property was added to
velocity 1.5?
