While it is currently possible to exclude particular artifacts from being
copied, this happens after the transitive dependencies have been evaluated.
This makes it impossible to exclude one artifacts along with all their
transitive dependencies. A suggestion (don't know how feasible this is) would
be to have two exclusion lists, one that gets applied before the transitive
dependency is called and one after.
