This method would then be used for execution and for use in the embedder's
buildWithDependencies method. This helps IDE integrators by getting the set of
projects that can be imported by grabbing a parent POM but also gives them the
correct order to process them. In IDEA a module must exist before it can be
referenced by another during creation. So having the sort order is necessary
not only for execution and building, but for operations like importing a set of
new projects.
