Currently there is no native Git repository for file
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/website/content/.htaccess (i.e. it seems
updates to it must happen via SVN). It would be nice to maintain this file also
via https://github.com/apache/maven-site/tree/master/content/resources (and the
regular site distribution process via {{maven-scm-publish-plugin}}.
