FYI, since creating this request Peter has released several updates and the
latest BND library version is now 0.0.198:
http://www.aqute.biz/repo/biz/aQute/bnd/0.0.198
btw, this update is required by the Maven Bundle Plugin over at Felix which is
why we need it on the central repository.
