Summary: proxy connectors: default policies for added repositories may not
be optimal (was: proxy connectors: default policies are not correct on add)
confirmed - it currently checks for updates from the repository on every
request. This would not be optimal in a large team environment - however daily
is probably too infrequent. I would suggest hourly is a reasonable compromise?
