The Modello file says that it should be published to
http://maven.apache.org/xsd/scm-svn-${version}.xsd. There is currently no file
at that URL.
The xsd is generated as svn-${version}.xsd (not matching the URL above), but
is not included in the scm site. This also needs to be fixed.
