If I specify this in my project pom :

(canope is my maven proxy)
it seems maven always check daily for plugin updates because I get this log
each day :
[INFO] artifact org.codehaus.mojo:dashboard-maven-plugin: checking for updates
from inhouse
[INFO] artifact org.codehaus.mojo:dashboard-maven-plugin: checking for updates
from Codehaus Snapshots
It works with --no-plugin-updates command line options but I would like not to
change my developers command line and put the pluginRepositories in a parent
pom.
