Unfortunately most developers will probably take the path of least resistance and not try to resolve the ambiguity. So yes I think listing all the dependencies would be more helpful. Perhaps it could have an asterisk next to the one that it happened to match first, since this is the expected JVM behaviour. But as you probably know this is no guarantee that the classpath fed to the machine would be constructed in the same manner in the runtime environment. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
