Converts `src/site/xdoc/index.xml` to Markdown with `doxia-converter`. Please **merge or rebase rather than squash** — the rename is in its own commit so `git log --follow` keeps working, and squashing collapses it back into a delete plus an add. ### The image map had to be put back by hand The page's dependency diagram is an image map: 23 `<area>` elements making each module in the picture clickable. `doxia-converter` drops the whole thing, and says so only in a warning that is easy to miss in a build log: ``` WARN MarkdownSink - Unknown Sink event 'area', ignoring! WARN MarkdownSink - Unknown Sink event 'map', ignoring! ``` The result renders as a plain picture with every link gone — a silent loss, invisible in the Markdown and only findable by comparing the generated HTML. So the `<img usemap>` and its `<map>` block are written back as an inline HTML block, which Doxia passes through unchanged. Confirmed in the rendered output: 23 areas before, 23 after. ### Verification The site was rendered before and after and the two compared on title, author, visible text and link targets: **identical**, including every map area. The YAML front matter is kept and must stay the first bytes of the file — it carries the title and author, and without it the parser falls back to the first heading and `<meta name="author">` disappears. `spotless:check` passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
