Brings `IncrementalBuildHelper` and `IncrementalBuildHelperRequest` in-tree and drops the `maven-shared-incremental:1.1` dependency, so that the library can be retired. This plugin is its only consumer, and `master` already owns the equivalent logic in `IncrementalBuild`. The `target/maven-status/<plugin>/<goal>/<execution>/` layout and the `createdFiles.lst` / `inputFiles.lst` formats are unchanged, so state written by earlier plugin versions is still read. The inlined copy uses `java.nio` in place of the deprecated `maven-shared-utils` `DirectoryScanner` and `FileUtils`; `IncrementalBuildHelperTest` pins the file-format compatibility. Verified: `mvn verify -Prun-its -Dinvoker.test=mcompiler-21_class-remove,MCOMPILER-1087_*,MCOMPILER-129,MCOMPILER-336_incremental-modulepath,default-incremental-disable,MCOMPILER-538,MCOMPILER-540` → 49 unit tests and 8 ITs pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
