Ports the 21 BeanShell IT scripts under `src/it/projects` to Groovy, keeping
the same checks. 17 were already valid Groovy; four needed real changes:
`MSITE-566` compares against the literal `${project.name}`/`${menu.title}`
placeholders, which Groovy would interpolate (single quotes now), and
`MSITE-658`, `site-inheritance`, `site-sd-lang` redeclared typed variables in
one scope, which BeanShell tolerates and Groovy rejects (the redeclarations are
plain assignments now). The rename is a separate commit so the port reads as a
diff. Part of apache/maven#13207.
Overlaps with #1313 on `MSITE-609/verify` and `site-deploy/verify`;
whichever merges second needs a trivial rebase.
Verified: `mvn verify -Prun-its -Dinvoker.test=<the 21 IT projects>` →
Passed: 21, Failed: 0; every build log shows the `.groovy` post-build script
running.
