Correction: current master already contains the relevant fix in #3466. I reproduced the direct-versus-nested package include behavior through Failsafe: 3.6.0 runs only the nested test, while the current 3.6.1-SNAPSHOT built from master runs both. The merged change makes JUnit Platform apply the same TestListResolver class-file-path matching as the scanner.
