URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-compiler-plugin/pull/1165

   ## Summary

Step 4 of 4 splitting [PR
#1157](https://github.com/apache/maven-compiler-plugin/pull/1157) into focused
PRs per [review
feedback](https://github.com/apache/maven-compiler-plugin/pull/1144#issuecomment-5984536369).
 Builds on PR #1164.

Adds annotation processor classification that scans the processor classpath
for metadata files to determine processor behavior:

   - **ISOLATING**: Each annotated type produces independent outputs — no extra
files need recompilation
   - **AGGREGATING**: Generated outputs depend on the full set of annotated
types — all annotated sources are recompiled
   - **UNKNOWN** (default): Processor behavior is undeclared — conservative
full recompilation

   Classification is read from
`META-INF/maven/compiler/incremental.annotation.processors` (preferred) or
`META-INF/gradle/incremental.annotation.processors` (Gradle-compatible
fallback), with format `fully.qualified.Name,TYPE`.

   ### Files added
   - `ProcessorClassification.java` — classpath scanner for processor metadata
   - `ProcessorType.java` — enum (ISOLATING, AGGREGATING, UNKNOWN)
   - `ProcessorClassificationTest.java` — comprehensive tests (12 tests)

   ### Files modified
   - `GraphIncrementalBuild.java` — classification-aware
`computeProcessorCascade()` replacing conservative fallback
