I just wanted to say that I can reproduce the issue when upgrading from 3.5.6 to 3.6.0, so it was definitely introduced in 3.6.0 . As far as I can tell though the excludedGroups aren't always ignored, it depends on the rest of the configuration (I haven't figured out on what exactly). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
